I built Bridge after spending time at the St. Sabina Employment Resource Center in Auburn Gresham. People came in looking for work, but a lot of them were also going without steady food, stable housing, or basic health care while they searched, and many didn't want to say that part out loud to a staff member, a case worker, or even each other. There was shame in it, even in a room built to help.
Bridge exists so that part doesn't have to be spoken to a person first. You can type what's going on, get pointed to a real organization, and decide for yourself when and how to reach out, no sign-in, no name required, nothing saved.
This is a personal, independent project. It isn't run by or affiliated with St. Sabina, the ERC (ercsabina.org), or any organization listed below, it's a portfolio piece built to put real, publicly available resource information in one place, the way I wish it had been laid out for the people I met.
